Our Fees

One-off Massages (payment is due within the month of the massages taking place)

  • 1 hour: £120: up to 4 massages
  • 2 hours: £190: up to 8 massages

  • 3 hours: £250: up to 12 massages

  • 4 hours: £310: up to 15 massages
  • 5 hours: £360: up to 18 massages
  • 6 hours: £410: up to 20 massages
  • 7 hours: £460: up to 24 massages
  • 8 hours: £510: up to 28 massages

Monthly/Quarterly Massages (One-off annual payment, due in advance)

  • 1 hour: £90: up to 4 massages
  • 2 hours: £130: up to 8 massages
  • 3 hours: £170: up to 12 massages
  • 4 hours: £210: up to 15 massages
  • 5 hours: £250: up to 18 massages
  • 6 hours: £290: up to 20 massages
  • 7 hours: £330: up to 24 massages
  • 8 hours: £370: up to 28 massages

Seated Massage

Seated Massage, or chair massage, is performed while you are fully clothed and seated in a specially designed massage chair.

The massage chair is designed for you to rest slightly forward with your arms and legs supported. It also has a face cradle to support your head.

Desk Massage

Desk massage treatments are perfect for those team members who don’t want to leave their desks but need some movement, relaxation and mental alignment.

A desk massage focusses on relieving tension in the neck, shoulders, forearms, wrists and hands and usually lasts around ten minutes.

Our History

Helen joined the Royal Navy at the tender age of 17 and afterwards worked for Hampshire Constabulary as a Police Community Support Officer. Working in a stressful environment, Helen became conscious of how stress affected her colleagues. Realising there was a lack of well-being in the workplace, Helen became the unofficial office masseuse.

After seeing how her massages improved morale and stress levels, Helen decided to become qualified in massage.

In 2017 The Little Calm Company was founded and Helen went on to personally visit 60 companies and organisations within 16 months.
