Seated massage provides employees with a calming break to relax and unwind from the daily stresses of work, focusing on relieving tension in the head, neck, and shoulders. Each massage session can range from 10 to 30 minutes, tailored to suit individual preferences and schedules.

After agreeing on a convenient date and time which you can book via emailing helen@thelittlecalmcompany.com or by clicking this link, we will provide a booking link for employees to easily schedule, manage, or cancel their massage appointments to accommodate their work schedules.

Our skilled therapist will arrive 15-30 minutes before the sessions to prepare and set up a tranquil space. We aim to assign the same therapist for each company to ensure consistency, building trust and rapport with employees, except in cases of sickness or holidays.

A separate room of at least 3ft x 3ft is needed to ensure privacy during the massage sessions. Relaxing music will be played to enhance the calming atmosphere and help employees relax.

If an employee is late for their scheduled slot, the massage duration will be adjusted to prevent disruptions.

While our standard seated massage focuses on the head, neck, and shoulders, therapists can personalise the massage to meet individual needs. In some cases, alternative therapies like reflexology may be offered for the same price if preferred or required.
